Compliance as a service — incorporation, registrations, filings and trademarks, done by qualified professionals and tracked somewhere you can see it.
Most Indian businesses do not have a compliance problem so much as a visibility problem. Filings are handled by someone off to the side, deadlines live in an accountant's head, and the first sign that something has slipped is a notice or a late fee that has been accruing for weeks.
We do the filing work — taxation, secretarial and legal, whichever the job actually requires — and we put the status of every piece of work in an app, so you can see where things stand without asking.
How we price
Professional fees are quoted per engagement. Government fees and stamp duty are charged at cost and stated separately, because they vary by state and by authorised capital — a single all-in number would be wrong for most people in one direction or the other.
What we publish for free
Our compliance calendars and calculators are free and carry no sign-up. The knowledge of what you owe and when should not be behind a form. What you pay us for is doing the work.
Who we are
Kompliance Factory Private Limited is registered in India. We are part of a group that also operates accounting practices in New Zealand, and the software our clients use is built in-house rather than bought in.
