ROC Annual Filing
Every mandatory annual filing for a company, handled together.
A company must file its financial statements and annual return with the Registrar of Companies each year, alongside auditor appointment and director KYC. Missing these carries an additional fee of ₹100 per day, per form, with no upper limit.

Common questions
What happens if I file late?
An additional fee of ₹100 per day accrues per form until it is filed, with no cap. It is the single most expensive routine mistake in Indian company compliance.
When are these due?
AOC-4 within 30 days of the AGM and MGT-7 within 60 days, so the dates follow your AGM. We confirm your exact dates rather than publishing a date that may not be yours.
